WOW… I’m so impressed. I never knew exactly what “hell week” was….
How insane is that? They just mentally and physically break down. SO INSANE… watch all the videos!

yeah, I came really close to joining the Navy with intent to join the Seals. I sat down with a Seal and he definitely struck the fear of God in my eyes. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t do it, but whoo, talk about getting out of my comfort zone! Thanks for sharing… and happy birthday!
