Supposedly Sane

The soup is one of my favorite shows. The host, Joel, never fails to make me laugh. The writing is actually pretty lame sometimes but he always manages to make me laugh.

I just signed up for the $12/month thing w/ my American Express to monitor my credit report…. I know I have no bad things reflecting but I’ve always wondered my score. GUESS WHAT IT IS…

734! I’m a peimmmppp. I found out why it’s so high is because in 2004 my mom got a credit card at Old Navy and she signed up to get me one too. I thought it was just an “additional card” but it actually opened up a line of credit for me. Nice!

I wonder when it’s going to be “cool” to hate Obama, or whoever is the next president. Because, “change” is not going to happen in 4 years…. at least not drastic change like everyone wants. So I’m sure America will use him as a scape goat, too.

It’s that time again, time to blog. So I added a new category to my blogs, it’s going to be called “Stalker City” and it’s for the blogs where I dish tons of info about my life. Now those stalkers out there who like to read about my life can click that and see ALL THE POSTS similar to that. Well, all the recent posts similar to that. I only went back about a month, I’m too lazy to go farther. I love stalking people by their blog, so I wish they labeled/organized the juiciest ones for me, too. I’m doing you a favor, people! Be thankful.

So this week has been hectic, to say the least. I had the week off from work so that was wonderful. Yes, I will admit I did a lot of nothing at times, but I also had some busy days too. We managed to pack everything and get it moved out of the apartment, sayonara, ciao, adios, shalom, au revoir… and all that good stuff. I am glad to be out. I’m taking temporary sanctuary in my parents house until we move into Clinton on the 1st. It’s crazy. It’s my mom, dad, Popsie, me, my sister, and Grace. And don’t forget Winnie and Tank! They’re little crackheads. Moral of the story: too many people up in ‘dis house, yo.

I was really excited while packing all my stuff up (P.S. I HAVE SO MUCH STUFF IT’S NOT EVEN FUNNY) because I found a pair of flip flops I had lost ages ago. Well, I wore them to my parents house on Friday and woke up today and GUESS WHAT, they were chewed up! Big surprise, thanks Tank! Puppies suck sometimes.

I went to Clinton today with my dad and helped clean the place up. It’s literally in shambles! My brother and random people have lived there for years, so it needs some BLC (Bethany’s Loving Care). Months back the foundation of the house had to be completely repaired (the house is 100 years old!) so there’s all this rubble in the back yard, and the lawn has been completely neglected so the grass is all dead. So basically what I did was help my dad move this ridiculously large rocks to a big dumpster he rented. He’s also finishing the fence and deck, so I helped move a lot of the old wooden fence and picked up trash, etc. very glamorous. My tennis shoes are packed somewhere (I have no idea where) so I wore flip flops the whole time. I’m pretty sure my feet will permanently be dirt colored. Cute, right? I also took the opportunity (since no one but my dad and I were there) to rearrange the patio furniture to the way I want it instead of how Steve had it :) Muahaha…

So I am sore now…. I can’t wait to sleep in my OWN bed though. This futon SUCKS. It’s also like Antarctica in the basement at my rent’s house. It’s seriously the coldest house ever. Right now I have on a sweatshirt and I’m underneath a comforter and I’m still cold!

Anyways, I have to go write a paper (woo hoo) and do some math homework.

P.S. I’ve also decided I’m going to start going a “song of the day” … AKA what I keep putting on repeat for my iTunes.
