I am missssssserable right now. Basically sicker than I’ve been in a few years. This sucks, horribly. My body aches and I am ridiculous congested. Also, we don’t have tissues so I’ve been blowing my nose with paper towels that Stephen stole from Ohio State, and they are not nose-friendly, so it’s all red and irritated now. OK I’m almost done complaining…
I can’t miss an entire day of work so I’m missing just under half of my day and then going there at 1. It sucks, I seriously can’t talk… I talk to people all day on the phone! It’s pointless…. my time off didn’t get approved. It is what it is. Blah. They can complain about my voice sounding ridiculous to people and them not being able to understand a word I’m saying :’(
I wonder how I even got sick? I don’t really get sick that often, and this came literally of no where. I woke up on Sunday and felt like I was hit by a bus (very sore) and then all these symptoms came on out of nowhere. Is anyone I’ve seen in the last week sick? You people better admit it now, so I can start planning my revenge.
I am starving. I need some Robitussin. I’m not looking forward to actually drinking it though, because that stuff tastes like death. I’m going to go eat some frosted flakes and pray that I start to feel better.
P.S. When you have a wicked sore throat, sneezing uncontrollably hurts like the dickens.
P.P.S. Clinton is almost completely done! Woo hoo. We just need to make our white-trash back yard look not so trashy. There’s still stuff everywhere from that wind storm, we haven’t cleaned it up yet. We’re going to replant all the grass and put in some landscaping and hopefully it will turn out nicely by spring.

This marks my 100th blog post ever. Crazy, right? Even crazier to all you wackos who have read all 100. Props to you.
That means I only average 20 views a blog! LAME! Haha… :-P I remember on Xanga when I would get literally like 30 comments a post… insane. My life was a soap opera so I’m sure people tuned in religiously to see “what happened next.”
Before I head out, I’d just like to say that I hope you feel better, Bree! She got her teef out yesterday.
I’d also like everyone to know that last night I taught my grandpa how to play Wii golf. My mom bought a wii for their house (LAME that we don’t get it) anddddd we tried to show him how. The first time he actually got it, he got the putt to go in (which at the time I couldn’t manage to do!) Anyways, it’s sorda hard for him to play so we’ll see how that goes.
The first presidential debate was successful, I think it’s safe to say that Obama most likely regrets putting so much pressure on Mccain to attend since Obama got his ass handed to ‘em! I think it was responsible for Mccain to attempt to put aside the campaign and try to work on the negotiations for the Wall Street Bailout, especially since those talks are now going down the drain. Whatever. Anyways.
I’m going to go buy Wii Guitar hero and play with Bree at her house! Peace out, biatches.

Disclaimer: I actually unofficially support gay marriage, so this blog is just food for thought.
I hear the line “why can you tell me who to love?” used allll the time when people debate gay marriage and why it should be legalized. They rationalize it by saying the institutionalized ideal of marriage is old-fashioned and it doesn’t necessarily have to be between a man and a woman.
Well today I sat down and thought about it and don’t ask me why but the idea of polygamy popped into my head…. so… what about POLYGAMY?? For those of you who don’t know what that is, it’s when you have more than one husband/wife. Polygamy is illegal, just like gay marriage, and if you use the same logic you can argue that polygamy makes just as much sense as gay marriage. The government is telling someone how they can and can not express their love for someone. There’s no laws against DATING more than one person, but there are laws against marrying more than one (or marrying someone of the same sex) because of the sanctity of marriage is still important to this country, regardless of if we will acknowledge that.
I bet if I asked Ellen DeGeneres if she supports polygamy she would say no… but she’s one of the most outspoken lesbians in the country and she also just got married. So if she said no, which I’m sure she could, do you think she could rationalize how it’s any different than ppolygamy? I don’t think polygamy really HURTS anyone…. no more than gay marriage does…. or normal marriage, for that matter. I mean I obviously think it’s wrong and its CRAZY but I think it could be argued just as much as gay marriage could be. If gay marriage is being legalized, then what’s stopping people from polygamy, or arranged marriages, or marrying children? OK, so the last part is pushing it.. I know marrying children will never be legal. I’m not going to be all extremist on you guys….
Another thing is the argument that is used so often about gay marriage is that it is because of religion that it has been prohibited, and outlawing it violates the seperation of church and state. So if you take church out of state COMPLETELY, shouldn’t polygamy be legal also? Because it’s a valid form of MARRIAGE (union between two humans)… so why not be legal?
Anyways, I just thought of that and was wondering if anyone gets what I’m saying…. or if this is waaaaaaaay in left field? I just word vomited all over my blog. Woops.

Soooo, today I randomly decided to get my hair cut today…. I drove to the place I normally get it cut at (City Cut on campus) and they were closed (BLAST!) so I was driving towards my parents for a cookout and randomly saw a Great Clips and was like hmmmmm…. I’M GONNA DO IT. Which is scary, because when I think “Great Clips” I don’t really think “quality hair cut” but, ya know. Anyways… so I go in and the lady that cuts my hair is bat shit crazy, but she did an awesome job and my hair cut cost TWELVE DOLLARS. Yes, TWELVE! I don’t have photos because I don’t know where my camera is, I’m working on it… but for the mean time this is the photo I brought in for her to style it. Basically my hair looks like that… except straight… and more layered. And with side bangs. It’s cute…. I got close to 10 inches cut off! I know right? Crazy…. anyways it feels and looks a lot healthier so, I’m starting from scratch growing it out.
In other news…. Grace is leaving for Nashville on Tuesday, which stinks. She’s basically become a part of the fam. I don’t talk about the whole situation on my blog much because it’s sorda personal to her, but she’s been living with my parents to get back on her feet and now she’s going to Nashville for 6+ months annnnd I just want to wish her good luck! :) You will do great and I’m sure God is gonna do a lot of neat things in your life. I’m going to miss my personal shopper!
