Supposedly Sane

I’ve decided I cuss WAY too much, and when I get nervous I say “like” a lot and sound like a fREAKING idiot… so I’m making an effort not to do that either. I also talk really loud all the time, I’d love for that to change but I doubt it ever will. Maybe I should get my ears checked… that could help.

P.S. High School Musical 3 was the slam and you should see it. Don’t lie, you’ve watched it on Disney channel whether you want to admit it or not!

Tonight… I was in the mood for some bagel bites. So…. I turned on my toaster oven. Which… by the way… toaster ovens are the best appliances ever. Seriously… whoever invented them deserves some type of world peace award.

So anyways… I preheat the oven and go upstairs to grab my laptop. I’m walking downstairs looking at my toaster oven like… why is it so bright? So I go and look inside and it’s ON FIRE. LITERALLY… a flame. LARGE FLAME… inside the oven. I’m like SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT SHIT so I open it up and BLOW ON IT like an idiot thinking maybe it would go out and it just gets BIGGER. Soooo then I fill up a big glass of water and throw it in there and it went out, thank God. What the hell! How does that shit happen? Apparently there was stuff at the bottom that caught on fire. So anyways… my $40 toaster oven is now dead. RIP toaster.

Please, for your safety, don’t ever put stuff on the crisping rack. Always put it on a tray. A crispy bagel bite is not worth a crispy kitchen.

#1… How horrible sad is this Jennifer Hudson family murder? If you haven’t been following, you can review the whole thing here (Fox News). First her mom and brother are murdered and her only hope is to find her nephew. Now they find his body in an SUV that has been sitting there for days with no one reporting it… The sad thing is that ALL we are hearing about is JENNIFER HUDSON this and JENNIFER HUDSON that… but I can’t imagine how her sister is feeling because that was her son and her mom and her brother murdered by her husband! I’m sure she feels just horrible about bringing that man into their life and into that home. In no way is it her fault because she obviously did the right thing a long time ago by making him leave their home, but it’s just sad everything happened the way it did. It gives me a bad feeling in my stomach and my prayers go out to her and her family. I also hope the guy that did it rots in a jail cell until they give him the death sentence (hopefully). He doesn’t even deserve to have his name in the news. He’s scum.

#2…. I hate to go from a good note to a bad note, to a good one again… but did anyone watch Mad Men last night? If you didn’t and watch the show regularly, stop reading this paragraph now because I’m going to dish some details :) It was INSANELY GOOD. I mean like… the best episode so far! Don came back and asked for Betty back which I didn’t think was going to happen.. but the craziest part was the night before she took him back she went out and slept with a random man which was soooo not like her. I thought they’d end up divorced… THENNN Pete told Peggy he loved her AND Peggy told Pete that she had his baby and didn’t tell him about it because she didn’t want to shame him into being with her! SO CRAZY. And Don quit Sterling Cooper because of the merger.  What is going to happen next, I have no idea. I hope he opens his own firm on his own and brings some of the copyrighters with him. All I know is this show is freaking AWESOME and you should watch it. I know it SOUNDS like a soap opera… but all this drama has been slowly building for 2 seasons and it’s finally all being brought together…. which makes me worry that they’re not going to do anymore seasons because all the loose ends are being tied. It’s really not a soap opera though, it’s all so well acted and scripted. GAHHHH I love it. I can’t wait until next week! It was seriously so good that I think I might go watch it again haha :)

#3… My mom’s birthday was on Saturday (Happy Birthday, Mom!) We celebrated it as a family on Sunday and we bought her a plane ticket to New York as a gift so she can take a vacation and see her family there. I photoshopped her a fake plane ticket on the computer, because I’m nerdy like that. Check it out… AIR LIEB… “The Airline (that will go bankrupt) of the Future.”

#4… Watch the Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince movie trailer! I don’t know how long you’ll be able to watch this before it’s taken off YouTube. This was my favorite book out of the lot…and I’m sure it’s going to translate into a movie really well… some of scenes are JUST like I imagined they’d be in my head when I read the book. Isn’t that the worst then things aren’t like you imagined? When I read a book I picture what the characters look like and talk like in my head, then I see the movie and I’m like WHAT!! That’s not Harry!! haha… It’s going to be amaaaaazing though. I think I might reread them, just for fun. If I can find a spare second.

#5… I’m thinking about renaming my blog and moving to a different site, because WordPress annoys me. The customization sucks because I can’t change my font or the background color or anything. It’s just lame. Plus I don’t know why I chose “Belieber” I didn’t think as many people would read it as they do now. Plus I’d rather not have my name attached to such a douchey blog :) The only thing I’m worried about is people not knowing where my blog went…. maybe I could keep this blog up and put a link to my new one? I don’t know… hmm. What do you think? Belieber is just… dumb. And I want to have a different blog site that gives me more options without paying. I don’t want to pay.

It’s as cool to like Obama as it is to hate George Bush. Not saying there’s not a reason to feel that way (there is)… but I’m just saying most people who hate Bush/like Obama have no idea WHY they do… they just do because they hear about it allllll dayyyyy long in the media and hear celebrities talking about it. And they’re quite outspoken about it.
